Saul Kaszovitz brings over 30 years of legal (specializing in real estate and corporate transactional law) and investment experience, including the most recent 15 years at Golden Mountain. Mr. Kaszovitz has acted as counsel to a wide array of publicly and privately held business enterprises in acquisitions, diligence, compliance, and management. He received his JD from the Cardozo School of Law in 1993 and his BA from Yeshiva University in 1990.
